The TXID, or transaction hash, allows users to identify each transaction made on the blockchain. As each TXID is unique, it is important that Bybit TR users enter the correct transaction hash when submitting a missing deposit or external exchange refund recovery request in order for the case to be processed smoothly.
Here are some guidelines to retrieve the correct TXID for your missing deposit or external exchange refund recovery request.
- For HBAR Transactions via HBAR Chain
- For TON Transactions via TON Chain
- For USDT, DOGS and NOT Transactions via TON Chain
For HBAR Transactions via HBAR Chain
For HBAR deposit, the correct format of TXID is as follows:
0.0.1262739-1667285282-335664908

If the TXID format obtained from the exchange is:
0.0.1262739@1667285282-335664908
→ Kindly replace the FIRST “@” to “-” as mentioned above.

If the TXID format obtained from the exchange is:

For TON Transactions via TON Chain
For a TON token deposit via TON Chain, the correct format of TXID (Hex) is:

Step 1: Please copy the TXID obtained from the exchange and search it on TonViewer.
Step 2: In the Event Overview section, locate the “Bybit TR” entry that can be identified as a “B” entry and click on it.
Step 3: Once clicked, it will show the transaction details and “Tx Hash” which is the TXID to be used for the submission of the self-retrieval application.

For USDT, DOGS and NOT deposits made via TON Chain, the correct format of TXID is:
