A Fund Password is an extra layer of security to your account, which is different from the account login password. It will be required for security verification and withdrawals if the user has set up a Fund Password.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up a Fund Password.

Step 1: Go to the Account & Security page by hovering your cursor over the profile icon in the upper right corner.
 

Step 2: Go to Advanced Protection → Fund Password → Settings to set up your Fund Password.
 

Step 3: Enter your Fund Password and click on Confirm.
 

 

Notes:

— The Fund Password cannot be the same as your login password.

— Password must contain 8-30 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and a number.

 

Step 4: Complete the Security Verification and click on Confirm. 
 

 

You have successfully set up your Fund Password!


Change/Disable Your Fund Password
To change or disable your Fund Password, please click the Change or Disable button next to Fund Password. Please note that you will not be able to withdraw your assets within 24 hours after reset. 

If you forget your Fund Password, you can reset it in the following two (2) ways:

1. Please click on Having problems with verification? in the Disable Fund Password window.

2. Please click on Forgot Fund Password in the Change Fund Password window.

 

You will be redirected to the Reset Security Settings page and select Fund Password reset. Then, click on Confirm. 
 

Complete the Security Verification required to reset your Fund Password. Please note that further verification may be required. Kindly refer to your account's registered email address inbox for further instructions and the review may take 1-2 working days.
