1. Bybit Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi provides various services to its users in electronic environment by prioritizing the privacy and security of user information. These electronic environments, icovers remote access to all kinds of services made through the https://www.bybit-tr.com/tr-TUR website and the mobile application belonging to Bybit TR.

 

2. The security of user information is of great importance for Bybit TR. In this context, legal regulations, best practices in the sector and company policies are followed in order to ensure the security of this information. With this Privacy Policy, it is aimed to inform Users about the confidentiality and security of user information.

5. Bybit TR performs all kinds of actions related to the collection, use, storage and sharing of user information with other parties in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related secondary regulations, other legislative provisions and internal regulations.

In this context, all kinds of information related to users are processed, used, stored and shared with this third party in order to provide users with a better service experience and to fulfill the obligations clearly defined in the laws, in case of receiving support services from a third party to perform the service. The shares made within the scope of the relevant legal legislation are not shared except with the consent of the users within the scope of the provision of the services.

If the user does not have the consent, his/her personal data is not subject to marketing, advertising, etc. activities that exceed the service request. Bybit TR may track and collect tracking information related to usage, including, but not limited to, phone number, access date and time, device type and version, device ID, operating system and hardware setting, browser type, information and version, IP address and some information obtained from WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network; some of his information (camera, photo gallery, phone number, access date and time, device type and device ID, operating system and hardware setting, GPS, device MAC address, installation list, device ID, UUID, IMEI, etc. information) can be obtained directly from him or through third-party service providers.

General Provisions

15. Bybit TR reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion in order to keep it up to date and to make it comply with the relevant legislation.

 

16. Every user of ours who uses the Bybit TR platform and other electronic service channels is deemed to have accepted the above-mentioned conditions.

 

17. This policy has been prepared in Turkish and English languages and if there is a difference between both versions, the Turkish version will be taken as the basis.
